lyrics

Let us begin

We reconvene/ To reinforce this process of oppression/
Of greed and power through reckless ambition/
The scales imbalanced in our favor/
And on their backs chained the labor/
Of ravaging the world for the extent of its worth/

Our influence is greatest/
On the youngest/
To ingrain our will on minds still malleable is how we’ll ascertain total control/
Then lead astray their leaders
Strip them of instructors
And demand of them our template from their birth/

Make institution their burden
Feed them insignificance and misinformation
What aptitude for living need be possessed
For a life of indentured service/
Grinding their will to live into dust/
In pursuit of worth they will learn they are worthless/
The brightest will fear for their future/
The weakest will wish for death/

And in their misery/
submit to complacency/
so that those not yet dead by their own hand/
lie down and wait for the end/
as/
we/
incinerate the world for profit/

Then while we
Indoctrinate away our greatest promise/
Upon their backs build our monuments to negligence/
They’ll let this world cave in/
Under the burden of our sin/
Little need we fear retaliation/
They will flee from the truth into petrified distraction/

What then of the culturally driven/
This concept of social condition/
As we learned with intelligence/
The power of culture makes it dangerous/
Then sterilize their lives of passion/
Depriving them of inspiration/
And foster a mindset/
Of ignorance in exchange for acceptance/

Feed them gossip glamour comfort/
Excess lust intoxicants/
Hypocrisy conformity/
arrogance and entertainment/
Line their paths with deepest pitfalls/
And give each a mirror that their only focus stands themselves/

What need is there to turn a blind eye/
When one’s perception cannot see/
Beyond the limits of shameless self idolatry/
Unable to deviate they’ll follow each other/
Out of desperation like sheep to slaughter/
Seeking only mirth they’ll mold themselves to our template/
Joyfully wasting their worth/
Dancing and fucking as we rape the world for profit/

Then let us hypnotize away life’s greatest promise/
And on their backs build our monuments to decadence/
They’ll let this world cave in/
Under the burden of our sin/
We need not fear retaliation/
They will never seek the truth in perpetual distraction/

What need is there to hold them hostage/
If they’re deceived successfully/
Through censoring our malevolence/
We’ll induce blindest loyalty/
Through external hostility/
We’ll distract from internal tyranny/
Teaching the world to hate them/
For foddering our terror mongery/

Of those who seek to deviate/
They’ll play our game or suffer for it/
Thrive as suppliants or wallow in our shit as we squelch their spirit/
Feed them empty sustenance/
Burden with impoverishment/
Those unconquered through division/
Can rot in incarceration/
Bled white from our ambition/
What wherewithal will they have for retaliation/
Perhaps destined for far greater things/
They’ll be reduced to languishing for provision/
Trapped within our influence/
We’ll squander their inheritance/
We’d offer our condolences/
But what gods concern with petty grievances

Then let us manipulate into submission our greatest threat/
And on their backs build our monuments to this fatal precedent/
They’ll dispose of their youth in pursuit of our template/
A vein of resource never to be exhausted/
Unto our consequences they’ll be subject/
As we plunder indiscriminate/
Laying waste to this world for fucking profit/
